Morrow Home Community is currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant                                                                                                                to work in our long-term care facility on an on-call or as-needed basis.

This individual will have no guaranteed hours, but may pick up hours based on your availability and the facility’s needs.

This position offers competitive pay and shift differential pay.

Reports To

Director of Adult Living Services

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, serving residents, and cleaning up after the noon meal.
  • Attention to Detail, Interpersonal skills, and Time Management skills are essential.
  • This position will work within the scope of resident care plans under the direction of the Nurse Care Coordinator.
  • Candidate will adhere to the policies, procedures and normal practices of the organization and needs of the residents.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in Geriatric, long term care, or assisted living is preferred, but not required.
  • Completion of high school preferred.
  • Must be at least 15 years of age.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English at a 10th grade level.
