Nurse Care Coordinator and Director of Adult Living Services
Responsibilities
- This position will work within the scope of positions supervised and will adhere to the policies, procedures and normal practices of the organization.
- Planning, organizing, directing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of resident care in order to meet the total needs of the resident and to maintain care in accordance with state statutes and facility policies and procedures.
- Provide a holistic model of care for residents through effective supervision of and delegation to all PCA staff
- Supervision of PCA shift staff to ensure that care is being performed as directed in each Individual Service Plan.
- Communicate resident changes and needs and maintain positive relationships with residents and families.
- Respond to emergency situations in any of the apartments owned and operated by Morrow Home.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be a Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- Prior experience in Geriatric and/or long term care is preferred, but not required.
